Shipping Charge Summary

The Shipping Charges are based on number of items ordered. An item is any product with a product number. For an example, a bikini includes top and bottom, however, if only a top is purchased from the Mix-&-Match section, then the top is counted as one item.

Delivery days are counted after an order is processed. Orders are processed by 11:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time each weekday. All orders received after 11:00 a.m. PST during a week day is processed the next day. All orders received after 11:00 a.m PST on Fridays and during the weekend are processed on Monday.

All deliveries are based on weekdays. Weekends are not included. While many of our products may be readily available for shipping after receiving an order, depending on the volume of orders received for a particular item, some of the clothing may be manufactured after an order arrives and can add to some delay in delivery. Delay may also be due to the mail delivery service. We reserve the right to change shipping companies, at at any time.

Our shipping options are as follows:

Ground Shipping: 7-10 business days

Express Shipping: 3-4 business days

Overnight Shipping: Orders must be placed by 11:00 a.m. - Orders placed on Friday will arrive the following Monday barring holidays.

E-mail us if your order is not delivered by the due date and we will respond on the status of your order. All questions on orders must include: (1) Full name of the customer, (2) Customer's address with Zip Code, (3) The Order Number from the customer's online (e-mail) receipt or order notification.

All of our products are shipped/mailed to our customers directly from our customer service personnel at our manufacturer's warehouse. All returned products should be addressed to:
